Locals are saying this is one of the wettest (and snowiest!)
winters in the mountains they can remember for the past 30
years!
Although there have been no more huge dumps of snow like there
were in early November, it seems hardly a few days go by at the
moment without some more snowfall or rain in the lower regions.
Great news for farmers depending on the water table and great news
for those coming out to climb Toubkal this winter!
We've started a photo
gallery with a random selection of images we've taken this
winter so far - enjoy. If you haven't decided yet to come out here
this winter - there are still some
spaces left on our trips in 2009.

Welcome
to our new-look blog! We've moved from our old Google hosted
"blogspot" to hosting it ourselves! So a simpler,
cleaner look but hopefully enough to keep you enthused,
inspired and educated about the Moroccan High Atlas (as we
see it!)
All our old
blog articles will eventually be migrated over but in
the meantime please feel free to have a read of older items
