 Please note you will not be paying any money at this stage! When we receive your details, we will confirm the reservation by email and give you instructions on payment of deposit depending on the payment method you have chosen.

Please note your reservation will only be held for 10 days pending deposit after which we reserve the right to pass your place onto someone else.

1. Our trip deposit is 20% of the total trip price IF you opt to pay the remaining 80% by credit card or bank transfer (i.e. options 2a & 2b below).

IF you wish to pay the balance to us in cash in Morocco (option 2c below), then the minimum deposit is 50% now leaving 50% payable in cash locally.

Balances due / bank fees / credit card processing fees
Please note that none of our published trip prices include any "hidden" surcharges for bank fees / credit card processing etc. Unfortunately however, increasingly high bank and credit card processing fees means we must recover some of these costs, so:-

2. Balance of trip fees are required by and as follows:-

    a) 6 weeks prior to trip commencement date if you opt to pay the balance by credit card (through PayPal)
        In this case the balance due will be surcharged by 3.5% (to cover the Credit Card company surcharge to us)

    b) 6 weeks prior to trip commencement date if you opt to pay the balance direct to our bank account in the Rep of Ireland
        In this case there is no surcharge due.
        
    c) On the day we meet you in Morocco if you opt to pay the balance to us in Euros cash only
        In this case there is no surcharge due. See point 1 above however - if you choose this option, the minimum deposit is 50%
        

 Have you already effected Travel Insurance for this trip in accordance with our Booking Conditions?

If "YES" then please please provide the following information for every person (including yourself) you are reserving a place for:

  • Insurance Company
  • Policy Number AND Certificate Number
  • Emergency Help-Line Telephone Number



If you have not already effected insurance, then we will only accept your reservation on the basis that you will take out insurance beforehand and advise us of all the relevant details before departure.
 Alternatively we suggest you arrange it with Sports Cover Direct now!
