RESOURCES
Some people like lots of photos on
websites, others just want the bottom-line information! This is the
route we have gone down as we hope that the few main photos above of
Toubkal in winter has already inspired you! If you want to make a
coffee and look at some more shots then these are the links to our
on-line galleries:-
Don't think that
we've just been "around" since 2004! We've actually been
guiding in Morocco since 2000 but we only got a digital camera in
2004 and scanning photos taken on film is too much trouble! We have
lots of other galleries for the High Atlas on our NomadicMorocco
site - click on
this link if you want to access them.
We want to help make
your research of the Atlas mountains as complete as possible (whether or not you are coming with us!)
- so here are some links to hopefully inspire,
educate & inform you:-
- Other than a
1:100,000 series of the Toubkal region, maps are very difficult
to get hold of for the High Atlas. We will in time be putting up
some links to obscure websites that feature some Russian
topographical maps of the range.
- If you're
interested in some of the history of mountaineering in the Atlas
or background to the Berbers or even some insight into the bird
life of the range, you'll find all
this and lots more on our blog
- weather
(English) reports
(French)
- For all things
"Imlil" and its surrounds. (The webmaster is
also a close
colleague of ours!)

a particular site should feature on this page then please
